Flow Football School Term Programs

School Holiday Program

Our school holiday programs are designed to provide a combination of coaching and gameplay that are both fun and educational, ensuring that your kids will stay active and engaged while they learn the fundamentals of the game.

Whether your kids are just starting out or have been playing for years, our school holiday programs provide the perfect opportunity to nurture their love for the beautiful game, all in a safe and welcoming environment.

Here's what you get:

  • December 2024 school holidays

  • Running 16-19 December 2024

  • Sessions runs from 9am - 12 noon during school holidays

  • $100 per day or $350 for all 4 days

  • Gunyama Park venue

  • Skills development sessions, tactical training, mini matches, speed and agility drills, soccer challenges, goal keeping workshops, team building activities and much more!

After School Program

Looking for a fun and engaging activity to learn or practice football skills after school?

Here's what you get:

  • Have fun, be apart of a team and pr

  • Accommodating ages kindy up to year 6

  • Weekly sessions on either Thursday or Friday, 3.00-4.30pm (please select the day below)

  • 10 week program during Term 1 2025, starting 6 February 2025 or 7 February 2025

Flow Football Academy offers after school hours sessions that are perfect for young footballers who want to learn new skills, be part of a team while also having fun. After School Programs can be purchased per term, or for the entire year.

Skills sessions

At Flow Football Academy, we offer an elite academy program for aspiring footballers who are serious about taking their skills to the next level.

Our intensive program is designed to provide comprehensive coaching and training for advanced players who are willing to put in the work to reach their full potential. In addition to advanced technical training, our program also emphasises mental toughness and character development, instilling values like team spirit, respect, and perseverance.

Here's what you get:

  • Elite academy program (led by experienced professional coaches and ex-footballers)

  • Focus on developing technical skills, tactical awareness and physical fitness

  • Access to state of the art facilities and equipment (Alexandria Park Community School synthetic field)

  • Term based on Fridays 4.30-6.00pm

  • All age groups from U8 - U18s

  • Kit included for new players (replacement or additional kit can be purchased separately)

Flow minis

Flow Minis - the ultimate soccer program for little athletes aged between 5 and 7 years old!

Join us every Wednesday during Term 1 of 2025 (5 Feb - 9 Apr) for an exciting journey of fun soccer exercises and thrilling small-sided games.

The Flow Football Academy Program promises an engaging experience that not only enhances soccer skills but also fosters a love for the game.

Here's what you get:

  • Develop a love of the game

  • Learn fundamental skills

  • Have fun in a supportive encouraging environment

  • 10 week program during Term 1 2025, starting 5 February

  • Weekly sessions every Wednesday 4.30-6.00pm

  • Full kit (uniform) included in the fee

Join our positive and nurturing environment where young athletes can thrive.

Goal Keeper Program

Develop your love and skills for goal keeping with our Goal Keeper Program. Running per term you can sign up for a specific term, or for a full year.

We love you looking like a Flow Family member! New kits will be provided to new players when they sign up. Any replacement or additional kits for existing players can be purchased separately.

Here's what you get:

  • Develop a passion for goal keeping and learn fundamental skills

  • Age specific training groups (U8 to U12 and U13 to U18)

  • 10 week program during Term 1 2025, starting 7 February 2025

  • Weekly sessions (4.00-5.00pm U8-12 5.00-6.00pm U13-18) every Friday

  • GK kit (uniform) included for new players, any additional kit can be purchased separately

Upcoming Special Programs

2025 Gold Coast International Futsal Tour

Represent Flow Football at the 2025 Gold Coast International Futsal Competition.

Please note the fee does not include any travel and accomodation requirements. Includes two training sessions (venue TBC) and coaching on game day.

Here's what you get:

  • Access to the Gold Coast International Futsal competition in January 2025

  • Two training sessions pre tour (dates and venue to be confirmed)

  • Game day support and coaching

  • Full kit (uniform) included in the cost

  • Accommodation and travel expenses are additional costs and to be organised separately

Represent Flow Football at the Gold Coast for only $500.

Flow Football Summer Program

6 aside

Our 12 week Summer 2025 Program involves small sided games to encourage greater game involvement and opportunities for participation.

Our Flow Football Squad trains once a week and plays in competition once a week.

Training (subject to change):

Thursdays

U8-U12s 4.30-5.45pm

U13-U18s 6.00-7.15pm

Game day to be confirmed.

Here's what you get:

  • Join the Flow Football 6 aside squad!

  • Train once a week and play once a week in competition

  • The team is decided through trials, register your interest to join the team

  • Program cost for joining the team is $780 overall (deposit to secure spot is $480 + remaining $300 to be paid within the first 6 weeks).

  • Program cost includes a full kit (uniform)

  • Any additional or replacement items can be purchased separately

  • Training venue: Alexandria Park Community School (synthetic field)

Futsal Program

  • Train once a week and play once a week in competition

  • The team is decided through trials, register your interest to join the team

  • Program cost for joining the team is $780 overall (deposit to secure spot is $480 + remaining $300 to be paid within the first 6 weeks).

  • Any additional or replacement items can be purchased separately
